Young Readers Choice Program

Young Reader's Choice Award Program 2018

What Is It?

Each year, teachers and librarians from the Pacific Northwest nominate books for this award, and students from the region who read at least 2 of the books can vote for their favorites in March.  Winners are announced in mid-April.

How Do I Participate?

Read  2 books and be eligible to vote for the regional winner in March.  Everyone who reads at least 2 books will be invited to a Voting Event in March!  After you finish each book, give a verbal summary of the story to Mrs.Scioli, and your form will be signed and recorded.  Forms will be kept on file in the library.  All books must be read by March 15, 2018 in order for you to be eligible for voting.
