Fitness Club

This club will offer a variety of exercise and fitness opportunities. Bring exercise clothes to change into. Activities and exercise will be different each meeting. Examples of fitness activities are yoga, kickboxing, low impact aerobics, stretching, fitness walking and circuits. Come and join the fun!

Fitness Club will meet every Tuesday after school from 2:30 pm to 4:15 pm, beginning November 7th in Portable 3/4.
